Our process varies slightly depending on the project and your preferences. Most of our design work is usually at least partially done online with you through easy-to-join and easy-to-use web meetings and simultaneous phone communication directly with our staff. Our sales consulting and internet marketing services also often utilize web meetings for keyword research and website analytics analysis. It is just like we are sitting next to you.

We serve the entire world through our web meeting model, and we also have customers located all over the United States and across the world, from Hawaii to the UK.

Our business model is built on value and efficiency.
First, we don't waste money.
Because everyone in our company is a telecommuter, we don't have typical rented offices which would make everything cost about 20-100% more. Our employees don't have to drive to work each day, saving them 5-10 hours of time per week as well as car and gas expenses, which also would otherwise add about 20% to our costs and prices. Finally, we utilize the same cost-effective Search Engine Marketing Services that we sell to keep our customer acquisition costs low. The savings are passed on to you.
Second, we cut out the middle-man.
Other companies will have "project-managers" who act as a go-between between the designers and you. You tell the project managers what you want, and then they try to relay the message to the designer, often with problems and the need to repeat the go-between process many times over again.
While our project architects (sales) will help you to assess what you need, we cut out the middle-man and put you directly in-touch with your designer in real-time through a toll-free phone-and-webmeeting system that makes it just like they are sitting next to you within 60 seconds.
Third, we recruit extremely effectively.
We only hire 1 of every 1,000 job applicants. We receive approximately 1,000 applications per month, and hire only the best designers who bring the greatest value to our company and its customers. Because our jobs are work-from-home, we get many applicants who want to work from home for various reasons who would otherwise be impossible for us to recruit at reasonable rates. Because our company is truely global, we recruit from every nook and cranny across the world which lets us generate more applicants and be extremely selective with who we choose to join our team.
For instance, only the top 20% or so of foreign applicants speak English fluently enough that our American owner and CEO is confident in their ability to correspond with you just as effectively as any American designer. The few that we hire are truely "world-class". Companies without American owners are understandably less capable of doing so. Our owner is also capable of completing all of the services we offer, and is therefore also capable of hiring people with more than the requisite skills for your project at reasonable rates. The savings is passed on to you.
Fourth, we don't waste time.
You can meet with us instantly and any time of the day or week over the internet. You don't have to spend an hour in traffic to meet with us on the other side of town. We don't have to spend four hours driving across Chicago in a snowstorm on a Friday night to get back home (Our owner used to this as the means of meeting with clients). Nobody in our company has to spend an hour or two each day plus gas costs driving to work and back. If you miss a meeting, we haven't lost any time to meet with you. Additionally, you can meet with us from anywhere, whether from your office, from your home after work, or from your summer-home, hotel or new home if you ever travel. We are able to be more productive in less time, and we pass the savings on to you.
Fifth, we provide complete, honest solutions.
We are able to cost-effectively address a wide range of our customers' needs, from web design and ecommerce websites to search engine marketing, and from logo and print design to custom web application development. First, we speak English that you can understand! All of our designers are either Americans or others who can speak English fluently. Many other companies will have overseas designers working behind the scenes on your project. Trying to get revisions on your designs then becomes a difficult game of relayed messages between an expensive project manager where the message is often confused or emails that go back-and-forth for weeks or months with often misinterpretted results. On the contrary, doing business with us is a pleasure where you can get your graphics and website designed and built in just a few hours or less and literally SEE your designs as they are being built or revised!
Second, our design and collaboration process makes working with us seem like we are sitting right next to you. You can see our shared PC desktop / screen, and even a video feed of each professional you are working with and talking with, in real-time. All calls to our staff are toll-free.

However, most every website is the same in regards to how it is designed, built, and search engine marketed, (though our superior processes do separate us from other companies) with the major differences being if the website is ecommerce or just informational, and if the website markets a product or a locally searched service. No. We can build and upload your website to any hosting server you have FTP access (the FTP username and password) to. However, for ecommerce sites and custom applications, you will need to have a website host with PHP and MySQL enabled.

Once you are comfortable and understand our processes and are ready to proceed, ordering can be done online here. Half payment is required to commence work and the other half is due upon completion of the project.

Yes. However, the cost to build such sites starts at around $3,000 and can often go into the tens of thousands of dollars.
Who owns my designs once they are completed? (back to top)
You own all of your designs, without limitation, once they are completed. We will give you online access to all of your files, either through your own server or ours. For ecommerce sites, we use an open-source system that can be modified, but which may have other restrictions on being replicated. Websites built from templates also have restrictions on being replicated. Custom code that is developed for you is owned and freely modifiable by you, though we are allowed to re-use our copies of code developed for your site for our use on other future projects. All content which you submit for your site is also entirely owned by you.
Can I have an "unsigned" site? (back to top)
Yes. By default, we discretely "sign" the footer of sites we build or optimize with a link like "Website Design by WAGS". It helps us to keep our prices lower. If you would prefer your site without a signature, please feel free to just let us know and it will be gladly done as requested.
How can I be sure that you aren't a scam? (back to top)

It is understandably very important to be sure that the company you are dealing with is not a scam -- especially when working online. With us, there is no need to worry that we are going to scam you or rip you off.
First, we have been in business since 2005, and at this website since 2006, as can be verified at the internet archive.
Second, if we were a scam company or practiced shady / questionable business practices, a search for our company name would pull up complaints from disgruntled customers, as is the case with other major competitors. Ironically, many of these major competitors stipulate in their TOS that there is a fine of tens of thousands of dollars for posting a negative comment about the company, even if what you say is absolutely true! BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT. We have no such stipulations, though the current 3 largest design companies online do have such stipulations and / or do have many online complaints over their business practices.
Third, if we were a scam, because all payments are by Credit Card or PayPal through PayPal (owned by EBay) as the merchant account, you can just do a chargeback through your credit card company and you would get a full refund if we were a scam. PayPal would also probably kill our account at that point if that were the case.
Fourth, we are PayPal verified, which means we really have a verified matching bank account tied into our PayPal account that establishes that we actually are who we say we are.
Fifth, you can make your orders in a piecemeal manner, usually in payments as low as just $200 to get started on any particular stage of your project. Also, all of our pricing is clearly detailed online, so there is no need to worry that you will be stuck with a bait-and-switch.
Sixth, we have no complaint record with the BBB. We did have one complaint once, but I think the customer realized it was unnecessary or even unfounded, as it actually disappeared instead of showing as no customer response, and last I was aware, we were on good terms with them.
I'm completely honest in everything, whether large or small, and do my best to require the same of all of the people we hire. With that said our operations are occassionally incompetent. We do our best to try to make up for our mistakes by offering a reasonable amount freebies like additional search engine optimization work when we mess up more than we should, or when we don't meet our own performance expectations.
