2) Place order online ( at least first half payment is required to commence work )
3) Answer website design questionnaire and submit *all* website content (text & images). Stock photos for use can be found at iStockPhoto.com.
4) Either set up appointment time with designer to cooperatively develop the website design from scratch, set a time to review the design(s) created for your site, or (not recommended) email back desired revisions to the design created
5) We turn the accepted design into a coded webpage and then assemble the rest of the pages together into a website, integrating your content ( takes about 1 hour for the designer to do).
6) Either set up another appointment time with designer to cooperatively layout the content of each page, set a time to review the content layout of your site after the designer has put all of the content in, or email back desired revisions to the content layout of the various pages for which changes are desired.
7) Finalize and publish website
8) Pay remaining balance

Custom Web Application Development
1) Free consultation to define specifications of the project
2) Specifications and quote (paper trail) are emailed from one of our architects to you
3) Place order online using Miscellaneous Services option ( at least first half payment is required to commence work )
4) We develop the web application, keeping in touch as variable portions of the project (i.e. user interface) are assembled to ensure your desires are met.
5) We notify you when the application is completed for your viewing
6) We finalize and publish your web application
7) Pay remaining balance

Search Engine Optimization
1) Free consultation to formulate our professional recommendations for your site, including keyword research and backlink analysis for the terms you desire to rank for, with more research and analysis included after your order is placed.
2) Specifications and quote (paper trail) are emailed from one of our architects to you if the Guaranteed SEO option is desired
3) Place order online ( at least first half payment is required to commence work )
4) We begin the work ordered
5) We notify you when the SEO project has been completed or is ready for the guarantee terms to be reviewed -- even withouth the guarantee option, we often wait until enough time passes for you to see the benefit

Pay-Per-Click Ad Configuration
1) Free consultation to formulate our professional recommendations for your site, including keyword research and recommended budget estimation for the terms you desire to show up for, with more research and analysis included after your order is placed.
2) Place order online ( at least first half payment is required to commence work )
3) We do further keyword research (client involvement is optional -- about 5 minutes of client input is usually enough)
4) We configure pay-per-click campaign in search engines as orderd, and will call you for your credit card information as it is needed for configuration
5) We notify you when the PPC configuration has completed, and send you the logins to the three PPC accounts

7) Optional ongoing management can be ordered using our hourly rate of $80 / hour -- usually one to six hours per year is plenty for most small businesses.

3) Answer logo design questionaire and submit *all* related sketches or image files you want us to refer to when creating your logo.
4) Either set up an appointment time with designer to cooperatively develop the logo design from scratch if you are using the "one concept" option, set a time to review the design(s) created for your logo--possibly a few days after you have had some time to review the design(s), or (not recommended) email back desired revisions to the design(s) created
5) Continue step 4 until you are completely satisfied
6) We send you all of your logo files in multiple formats for print, web, stationery, etc.
7) Pay remaining balance

Graphic Design / Print Design
1) Free consultation if desired
2) Place order online ( at least first half payment is required to commence work )
3) Answer graphic design questionaire and submit *all* related sketches or image files you want us to refer to when creating your graphic materials.
4) Either set up an appointment time with designer to cooperatively develop design from scratch if you are using a "one concept" option, set a time to review the design(s) created --possibly a few days after you have had some time to review the design(s), or (not recommended) email back desired revisions to the design(s) created
5) Continue step 4 until you are completely satisfied
6) We send you all of your graphic design and print design files in print-ready and source file formats.
