If you have made a half-payment on an order, the remaining balance is due within 14 days of the project's completion, or within 3 months of the original payment -- whichever comes first.
Unlike other web companies, we do not stipulate fines of thousands of dollars if you truthfully complain about our services however you want if you feel wronged. In such cases, we would appreciate it if you called the owner to discuss the matter with the owner first, and we may require you to obviously link to a URL of our choosing in your complaints if it is done online somewhere where we cannot respond on the same URL. The relative (currently absolute) lack of online complaints about us will hopefully show that we operate somewhere between fair and more than fair in our practices.
